Help with online booking

Our online booking has changed. Read a step-by-step guide here.

Step 1
Please select the event or course you would like to book for and click on the 'buy tickets' link. This will take you to the online booking page.
Please note tickets are available to buy online up to 6 hours before the event starts.

Step 2
For shows in the Wilde Theatre, select the area you would like to sit and how many tickets you would like to order. For events not in the Wilde all you will need to do is select the number of tickets and click on 'continue'. You can book a maximum of 9 tickets online. For 10 or more please contact the Box Office on 01344 484123.

Please note: you cannot select your seat. The system will allocate the best seats available at the time of booking within your preferred area. If you would like to book a specific seat, please call the Box Office on 01344 484123.

Step 3
Select the number of tickets you will buy at full price and the various concessions (if applicable). If you book tickets with a concessions discount, South Hill Park reserves the right to ask for proof of eligibility when you show your ticket to the stewards.
When you are done, please click on 'continue'.

Step 4
You will now be shown a summary of your booking, including your seats, if applicable. A booking fee of 95p per ticket is automatically added in this summary. Tickets will be allocated by best available seat. If you would like to make any changes to the date you've chosen or price level, please select the appropriate option underneath the 'continue' button. If you are happy with the summary, please click on 'continue'.

Step 5
On this page you can add more events if you would like. Just click on 'add another event' and you will be taken to our online booking page with all our events on it. From here you can select the event you would like to add by clicking on 'buy tickets'. You will then be taken through steps 2-5. If you would like to remove an event in your shopping cart, all you need to do is tick 'remove' in the summary. You can click on 'recalculate' to add the cost of your newly chosen events.
When you are happy with your selection, please click on 'continue'.

Step 6
On this page you will fill in your address details and your card details to pay for your tickets. You can also specify if you would like to be added to the South Hill Park mailing lists.
We have two delivery options:
- postage. This option is available until a week before the event and we will automatically add 50p to your booking to cover our costs.
- collect at box office. This option is available at all times and there is no cost associated with this. If you book within a week of the event, this will be your only option.
When you have filled in all you card details, please click 'buy tickets' and our system will check your details with the bank and within seconds your seats will have been booked on our system.

Step 7
You will receive a confirmation email from . Please keep this email for future reference.

Online booking for members
The system should recognise members, although if you haven't used the online booking system before it may take up to 24 hours for your records to be updated. The system is set up so it assigns you with a temporary username (which will look very much like your membership number), but please discard this as once your record is updated you will be able to log in using your membership number and the password you have set.
